It matches your question against our library of guides — every one reviewed by a licensed Property & Casualty agent — and returns that page's own answer, word for word, with a link so you can read the full explanation. It never composes a new answer from scratch, and when it is not confident it has the right reviewed guide, it declines instead of risking a wrong answer on something that affects your coverage.
